One of the most pressing challenges today is educated unemployment among youth, especially in South India. Despite their qualifications, many young individuals lack access to meaningful opportunities, leading to financial instability and uncertainty.
Through the ‘Drive with Pride’ initiative, Cholan Tours identifies promising youth aged between 22–30 years, providing them with the opportunity to build a stable career.
Many participants are successfully employed within Cholan Tours’ network, while others are supported in launching independent careers or joining partner organisations.
Continuous mentorship and guidance ensure long-term success and confidence.

Cholan Tours actively supports NGOs working in inclusive education, ensuring that children with physical or cognitive challenges receive equal opportunities to learn and grow.
